To monitor and improve reliability, performance, and security.

We do not use your content to train our own foundation models. Third-party model providers you choose to use are governed by their own policies; we pass through their data-handling settings where available.
We share data with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, model providers, analytics, payments) under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments. We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flapjack, our users, or others.
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Logs and operational data are retained for a limited period for security and reliability purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, scoped credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to rotate API keys regularly.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
The Service is not intended for individuals under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Flapjack and our service providers may process data in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
